Recipe Tortilla de Patatas (Spanish potato tortilla)

Preparation

Cut the potatoes into thin slices and the onion into half rings.
Fry the potatoes (and onion) over medium heat in a large amount of olive oil until soft (15-20 minutes).
Beat the eggs with salt, add the potatoes and onion, stir.
Pour the mixture into the pan and cook over a low heat until stiff.
Flip over with a plate and fry the other side.

Presentation

Serve hot or cold.
