Recipe: Gazpacho Andaluz (Andalusian gazpacho)

Preparation

Chop the vegetables and blitz in a blender.
Add the oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Cool for at least 2 hours.

Presentation

Serve cold, can be topped with toast.

1 kg ripe tomatoes

1 cucumber

1 sweet pepper

1 clove of garlic

50 ml olive oil

2 dishes. k. wine vinegar
