Preparation

Heat the water with the sugar, oil and salt, add the flour and stir.
Cool, put the dough in a pastry bag.
Fry in oil until golden.
Melt the chocolate with the milk – the sauce is ready.

Presentation

Serve warm in churros with chocolate sauce.

150 g of flour
