Recipe Paella de Mariscos (Seafood Paella)

Preparation

Fry the onion, garlic and pepper until soft.
Add the tomato paste, rice, stir and fry for 1-2 minutes.
Add the hot broth with saffron. After that, stir no more!
Spread seafood on top.
Cook over a medium heat for 15-18 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes under the lid.

Presentation

Serve hot, garnished with lemon slices and fresh herbs.

400 g rice (arborio or paella rice)

1 l fish stock

12 prawns

8 mussels

200 g squid (in rings)

1 onion

1 sweet pepper

2 cloves of garlic

2 dishes. k. tomato pastes

Saffron (or turmeric)

Olive oil

Salt
